Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Inloop handles personal information across player accounts, venue-owner tools, bookings, tournaments, groups, posts, payments, and support flows.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Inloop platform operated by ABUTHAGIR. It covers the information used when players, venue owners, and platform admins use the web app for venue discovery, slot booking, tournament management, player groups, posts, payments, and support.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created when you use the app, and limited information received from payment and infrastructure partners.
Account and profile information may include your username, email address, password, account role, avatar or profile image, city, and password-reset details. Player-facing profile features may also store saved highlights and activity connected to reactions or popularity features inside the app.
Venue-owner and listing information may include venue name, sport type, location, city, description, amenities, venue images, opening hours, pricing, slot configurations, offers, payout setup details, and owner subscription or purchase records used to unlock owner features.
Booking and tournament information may include venue selection, booking date and time, phone number, booking status, payment option, payment status, payment reference, tournament posters, prizes, game categories, team names, and tournament registration contact numbers.
Community information may include posts, captions, uploaded images or videos, mentions, reactions, player-group details, membership requests, poll votes, chat messages, notifications, and other content you choose to create inside the app.
Support and technical information may include support-ticket details, admin replies, user messages, technical error details submitted by the app, browser user agent, current page URL, page path, request path, request method, status code, and similar issue-diagnosis data when a user raises a ticket or when the frontend reports a runtime problem.
The app also stores certain information in browser storage to keep the service working, including auth tokens, basic session details, cached API responses, and temporary payment-session data.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate the product and its business workflows.
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and support password reset and account recovery.
- To create, confirm, manage, cancel, archive, and support sports venue bookings.
- To manage venue-owner tools such as listings, schedules, slot pricing, offers, tournaments, and subscription-based entitlements.
- To process tournament registrations, player groups, posts, reactions, polls, messages, and notifications.
- To process or verify payments, refunds, payout workflows, subscription onboarding, and extra owner purchases through payment partners.
- To detect misuse, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, fix product errors, and keep the platform secure and reliable.
- To answer support requests, review complaints, and maintain internal records needed for audit, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
4. When Information Is Shared or Visible
We share or expose information only where it is needed for the service to function.
- Venue owners can see the booking, registration, and operating information needed to manage their own venues, tournaments, schedules, and customer requests.
- Players, owners, or other group participants may see information you deliberately make visible through posts, reactions, mentions, tournament participation, group membership, group chats, or polls.
- Platform admins may see support tickets, support diagnostics, and platform-management records needed to operate the service and resolve problems.
- Payment partners such as Cashfree and connected banking or payment infrastructure may receive transaction details required for authorization, verification, refunds, reconciliation, chargeback handling, and payout workflows.
- Service providers helping with hosting, email, infrastructure, or support operations may process information on our behalf under applicable obligations.
- We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, court order, law-enforcement request, cyber-security reporting obligation, or similar compliance requirement.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own advertising or marketing programs.
5. Payments and Financial Data
Payment processing in this project is handled through third-party payment partners, including Cashfree-based flows where configured.
We may store payment-related records such as order references, payment references, payment status, payout references, onboarding purchase details, and related verification metadata that are needed for finance, reconciliation, support, refunds, or dispute handling.
We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or PIN information on our own servers. Sensitive payment credentials are processed by the payment partner rather than stored directly in the application database.
Where venue or owner payout information is collected in the app, it is used only for the payout and business-operation purposes connected to the platform.
6. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the service, maintain account continuity, support venue-owner operations, resolve disputes, respond to support requests, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, security, or audit requirements.
Some information may remain in backups, archives, support records, financial records, or security logs for longer periods where deletion is not immediately practical or where continued retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Uploaded media may be stored as inline data URLs inside application data, and session-related information may remain in browser storage until cleared by logout, browser actions, or cache-expiry logic.
7. Security and Incident Handling
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled by the platform. These may include authentication controls, validation rules, and restricted access to sensitive functions.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Users should keep their credentials private, sign out from shared devices, and contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access or misuse.
If a security incident affects personal information, we may investigate, take remediation steps, notify affected users where appropriate, and make any reports to regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, erasure of data that no longer needs to be retained, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis of processing, and grievance redressal.
To make a privacy request or complaint, contact support@inloopworld.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where continued retention is required for bookings, payments, business records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
9. Children and Age-Related Use
The platform is intended primarily for adults using sports venues and venue-management tools. We do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates applicable law.
If you believe a child or minor has submitted personal information through the platform without proper authorization or guardian involvement, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps.
10. Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, operational changes, or clarifications to how the service works. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date and publish the updated version on the platform.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or grievance-related issues, contact ABUTHAGIR at support@inloopworld.com.
