Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Inloop platform, including sports venue discovery, slot booking, community features, owner tools, payments, and related support services.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Inloop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users should be at least 18 years old, or use the platform only with valid parent or guardian consent where permitted by law. You must also provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable law.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, notify us immediately at support@inloopworld.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create security risks.
3. Platform Services
- Discovery and booking of sports courts, turfs, and related venue slots.
- Community or social features such as posts, reactions, or user interactions where enabled.
- Venue-owner tools for schedules, listings, subscriptions, payments, reporting, and related operations.
4. Bookings and Payments
Inloop acts as a technology platform and booking facilitator. The actual venue service is provided by the relevant venue partner.
Prices are generally displayed in INR. Payment processing may be handled through secure third-party providers. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the required flow and issuance of a confirmation notification or status within the platform.
Venue rules, access timing, match readiness, and on-ground service quality may vary by venue partner and remain subject to their operational policies.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling may depend on the booking type, venue rules, payment status, and the time remaining before the booked slot.
Please review our Cancellation Policy. Where refunds apply, processing may take approximately 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment method and provider.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with bookings, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, abuse other users or venue partners, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the service in a way that is fraudulent, harmful, illegal, or disruptive.
7. Intellectual Property
The Inloop platform, branding, content, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Inloop World Pvt. Ltd. except where third-party rights apply. Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of those rights.
8. Privacy, Third-Party Services, and Disclaimers
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The platform may integrate or link with third-party services, payment gateways, maps, communications tools, or social sign-in providers. We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or independent policies.
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, venue quality, or the absence of all technical issues.
9. Liability, Indemnity, and Termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inloop World Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, venue access issues, third-party failures, or interrupted service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inloop, its operators, affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational reasons, or Terms violations.
10. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating the published version and effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be subject to arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in English, while courts in Chennai may have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not required to be arbitrated.
